We have been manufacturing furniture (colonial and contemporary, dining-room and kitchen sets) since 1989 for hundreds of  independent retail stores.  In 2004 we added our own table-top production line, which resulted in developing more capabilities than we were able to utilize. So now we are seeking to offer our expertise to other fields.

All work is performed in-house, making our quality outstanding, and our prices competitive, plus everything is made right here in Park Forest (a southern suburb of Chicago), so delivery is very fast too.

We have available to us thousands of products, so your design potential is virtually limitless.  And because we do our own CNC development work, from drawings to finished, product is only a few days away.

We also can combine panels with real Wood-Edges made of Ash/Oak, Maple, Birch or any other desired hardwoods, and finished in a wide variety of stains and colors.

In our 40,000 square foot facility we are capable of making panels up to 48 x 96 inches in a single continuous sheet, and we can combine multiple panels to make larger sizes if needed.

We also have our own custom upholstery shop, so panels can have cushion-accents or can be covered in fabric, as well as laminates.

 

An example of a typical wood-edge panel process:

First, we assemble in-house custom panels made of hardwood and particle-board using a high-frequency production press.

We then finish-sand panels and install laminate and a backing sheet, or of double-sided laminates.

Next, we use our state-of-the-art, Computer-based CAD-CAM system and a multi-head CNC Router to cut, shape, mill and drill your panel or custom designs with accuracies typically of up to .005 of an inch.

We then finish the wood-edges in your desired colors in our spray-booth system, then perform any final assembly work (attachments, hardware, etc.), perform a final quality inspection, then package your products for shipment.
